General objective of the jobAs an Asst. Manager for the Project will Responsible for the proper Project Management of our transformation project start from timeline management, budget/cost management, project documentation management and stakeholder management to ensure Transformation project can landing OTIF as per Business Case.Regular/Routine duties (daily, weekly, monthly etc.)To assist Home Care Manager in the day to day work and oversee the total transformation networkTo join innovation project meeting and representing PMO Mgr if PMO Mgr can’t attend the agendaTo check all project network and raise any case that potentially disturb any timing activity in networkTo coordinate with the outside agencies or vendors for supporting activity in transformation projectTo coordinate with all stakeholders related with transformation project and build good communication & collaboration to deliver the projectTo make governance and documentation of project budgetTo make governance and documentation of project networkAble to take decisions in order to ensure successful operation.Able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.Able to effectively perform vendor management.Regularly update progress & any critical issue to PMO MgrAny other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.Escalate and update of external or internal issue to Top ManagementProactively seeking for any initiative that can deliver improvement for Home Care BusinessTo make good documentation of new machine installation process such as SOP, Machine Issue Log book, etcActively participate in SHE Program and campaign.
